In a recent listing of the most popular travel destinations of 2007,

Thanksgiving in the

Athens is the largest city in
Greece, as well as its capital city. The history of
Athens dates back at least 3,000 years, and it was host to the very first modern Olympic Games in 1896.
Athens has been a hub of tourism for many years. It is currently the sixth most visited capital in the world. Over the past ten years, the social amenities have drastically improved. A state of the art airport, and a very effective new motorway have been added.
